Our Prime Ministers and Deputy Prime Ministers are elected pupil leaders who play an important role in making sure that the voices, ideas and opinions of children are heard across our school.
As part of our Pupil Parliament, they work closely with staff and other pupil leaders to help make St. Michael’s C of E Primary School, a place where every child feels valued, listened to and able to make a difference.
Our Prime Ministers and Deputy Prime Ministers:
- Represent the views and ideas of children across the school.
- Listen to pupils and share their suggestions with school leaders.
- Help identify ways we can make our school an even better place to learn and grow.
- Work alongside our different Pupil Parliament crews and support their projects.
- Help promote our school vision, “Life in all its fullness.”
- Encourage children to take an active role in school life and make positive contributions to our community.
- Support school events, initiatives and special projects.
- Act as positive role models for other children.
- Help ensure that pupils have opportunities to share their ideas and contribute to decisions that affect them.
Being a Prime Minister or Deputy Prime Minister is about serving others, listening carefully and helping to make positive changes. Our pupil leaders understand that every voice matters and that even small ideas can make a big difference.
Through their leadership, our Prime Ministers and Deputy Prime Ministers help us to build a school community where children are encouraged to speak up, get involved, take responsibility and flourish.
