Newcastle Cathedral C4

We visited the cathedral to celebrate Christingle. Although it was after the celebration, the church put on the special service for children across the region. The day began with us learning about the work of the Christian society. We took part in a workshop where we discussed the important features of Christmas, the children identified that spending time with friends and family were the most important things. We then went to make a Christingle in preparation for the service on the afternoon. The service then took place on the afternoon and the reverent from Gogglebox delivered the service which was fun and full of exciting uplifting songs.
