On Roald Dahl day we all got dressed up. We focused our literacy around the book , The Minpins and wrote some excellent descriptions about enchanted forests. On the afternoon we designed our own chocolate products thinking carefully about the name, design and ingredients of our product. After this we all voted for our favorite chocolate and Ella’s design won. It included rice crispies and marshmallows. We ran out of time so made the chocolate the next week.
A child said, “Our design did not work because we burnt the chocolate.” Another commented, “Using white chocolate made ours the best because you could see the marshmallows.”
