On Thursday the 5th of March children from Year 5 and 6 went on an educational visit to the Nissan factory in Sunderland. We took part in various team building exercises and even had a tour of the trainee engineer workshop. The children learned how a new car is created, from the design stage to production and quality control. We even had chance to experience the different roles in the production line as well as the hands on jobs real life engineers do on a daily basis.
