Today, we looked at wisdom and talked about what it means. We agreed that wisdom is not the same as cleverness and although we gain wisdom in education the learning does not stop at school. We gain wisdom from the our life experiences, stories and people in our lives. a child explained, “We get wisdom from our life experiences. ”
After watching the parable of the rich fool, we created slips of wisdom that we could give our friends in class to be able to have a enjoyable life. With wisdom, we can live live happily and in harmony with one another. One child said, “Don’t be afraid to be you. ” While another commented, “Be nice to everyone you meet. ”
1 Kings 4:29 – God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore.
