We had a Rockstar day where we all came in dressed as a Rockstar ready to become a master of our times tables. We started the day with an assembly discussing what we would be doing throughout the day, we then moved into the ICT room so we could access the Rockstar App. We used our time in the ICT to practice our times tables and enter competitions with each other and ourselves. Next, we designed our own guitar avatar that had to be a master of one of our times tables, we had to show our understanding of this times table with pictorial and concrete objects. As well as giving tricks to others to enhance their knowledge of that specific times table.
