Today, 28th November 2018, we went to Spennymoor Leisure centre to take part in an event ran by the SSP. During our day, we got to take part in four separate activities which were lead by specialist Judo instructors. We were taught how to hold and roll people over our leg safely as well as being shown the quickest way to move on all fours.
It was a fantastic day where we were taught lots of different Judo moves.
We had great fun!
