On Respect Day, children in Class 3 spent time considering what respect was and why it was important within both our classroom and the wider world. We all agreed that simple things, such as good manners and listening to others were respectful things to do and made our environment a pleasant place to be. We also took time to share our views on what the world would be like if we didn’t respect one another and decided that it would be a sad place indeed. Our class charter includes some of the points we discussed so now we all understand how we can be respectful to one another each and every day.
