Advent Challenge Week 2 Class 3

For week two’s Advent challenge, we have been challenging our self to say kind things to our friends.

A child told their friends, “You are really great friends and you always make me laugh.” Another said, “You are all nice and kind.” Someone said their friends are, “All nice kind and funny.”

We have also enjoyed writing cards to our friends and teachers in school, in addition to this we have had chance to make hand made cards to give to our family. or friends at home. Another challenge was to smile, wave and say hello as we walked passed people, this made us very happy.

A child said, “I like it when people say thank you, it makes you feel like you are their friend.” Another said, “It was great waving and smiling at people as we walked past.”

We have spent a lot of time walking up and down to Church this week as we have been practicing and performing hard for our whole school nativity. This gave us chance to walk with friends throughout the school that we wouldn’t normally walk with. We also helped each other to carry the chairs and benches up to church and back to school once the nativity was finished. At the end of day 15, we helped each other tidy the classroom, class cupboard and ICT this made sure that everyone in the school could work in a clean and tidy environment.
