Today, in celebration of Shrove Tuesday we got together in the hall and ate pancakes. Mrs Taylor was kind enough to mix all of the mixture and Mrs Barton fried the mixture to create our delicious pancakes. Miss Banks helped us choose our toppings. It was a lovely to sit with the rest of our class to celebrate ‘Pancake Day’ together. We would like to thank all of the teachers for their help.
The children said –
“I can’t wait for pancakes.”
“I definitely want syrup on mine.”
“I don’t like pancakes but I will have a try.”
” These are lovely. Can I have some more?”
“I can’t wait to have more pancakes tonight.”
