Roald Dahl Day

To begin the term, we started reading Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as our class book to fit in with Roald Dahl week. On Tuesday 11th September, we all wore amazing costumes inspired by a variety of Roald Dahl books. We had great fun guessing which characters we had all dressed as.

In the afternoon, we took part in lots of different fun maths activities all Roald Dahl themed. We also showed the whole school our costumes when we paraded around the hall. All of our costumes were fantastic which made it very tricky for Mr. Hindmarsh and Miss. Suffield to decide who should win prizes for their costumes.
