The children loved getting dressed up for world book day. We had a range of costumes from storm troopers to Mog the forgetful cat and Verruca Salt to Peter Pan. The children got to show off their outfits during the school parade. The children designed their very own book token as part of a competition in the hope of winning a book! The children also listened to a story “The Dolphin Boy” and thought about the characters feelings and motives as well as picking out description of the character. The children discussed their favourite stories and explained why it was their favourite. Overall, the class had a great day!
