Class 2 Judo 2015

The children took part in a Judo taster session, which was run by ‘Destination Judo.’ The children learned a few simple judo holds and exercises. The instructor was very clear in his vision of the Judo club, which is that its not the fighting but the discipline involved which is the most important part in judo.
