Today we were very lucky and had some very special visitors in to teach us Judo. They had set up the hall with a giant Judo mat!
We were all very excited to get on the mat and learn some moves. First, we learnt the special walking move, we had to keep our feet on the floor and shuffle around with our hands up. We were fantastic at this, the instructor even thought we had all been trained!
Then, up we got to learn some of the Judo rolls. We had to fall back onto our backs and slam our hands on the floor, it was so loud that we scared one of the instructors!
We had lots of fun and some of us wanted more Judo lessons!
