We have really enjoyed tell a fairy tale day. All week we have been working on retelling one of our favourite fairy tales – Goldilocks and the three bears! Then on Friday afternoon groups of children from Key Stage 2 came to our classroom and performed and told us the story of Cinderella and The three little pigs. They had even made their own props and written their own scripts. The story telling was brilliant. Finally we were able to tell them our story of Goldilocks. We acted out the story and made our voices sound just like the characters by using a high or low pitch while some volunteers from Key Stage 2 narrated the story. We had a great afternoon!
