Today was Mental Health Awareness Day so we all came into school in something yellow. We met in the hall as a whole school for an assembly and watched a video. It explained that sometimes it is okay to not be okay and that talking about our emotions can help. Then we went back into our classrooms and designed our very own superhero that was hung on our new kindness tree.
