Today, we were lucky to have a taster session of Judo. As a class, we took part in a judo lesson in the hall. We practiced our agility with a fun game then we worked on our grip strength. Ian, the judo coach, then showed us how to flip the chip. We all got to have a go at flipping each other over. We learned some of the traditions of judo which are rooted in respect for your opponent and the sport.
We all had so much fun!
