For half an hour, we enjoyed a jam packed exciting Judo session with our very own judo coach. He was very exciting. We learnt lots of new judo words. ‘Matte’ means stop in judo. We played lots of games learning how to move our body safely but quickly. We even got taught how to pin someone for 5 secs (even though they do 20 secs in the main competitions). Also, we flipped our friends from a dog position onto their back. Some of us are definitely thinking about joining the local club.
